1. Smart Design for Smart Devices
- Opus Pro's freeform visual editor has always allowed you to design exciting interactive applications in a more intuitive way. Now with HTML5 that flexibility is also available for smart phones and tablets.
- HTML5 displays on Android and iPad as well as Windows and Mac so now you can make the best websites for all devices quickly and easily.
- Opus Pro content can be set to scale to fit whatever screen it is being viewed on and includes an option to package your HTML5 publication in an APK file for Android.

3. Flexible Control of Fonts
- Free your web designs from standard, everyday fonts more easily. The Web Font Manager makes it easy to organise and use webfonts, even on buttons.
- Use all your existing Windows fonts easily - Opus Pro renders them to SVG if necessary.
- All the @fontface code is generated automatically whether you use Google Webfonts or your own.
- Control static or dynamic text settings, paragraph formatting and inline font changes on individual text objects.
4. Android Packager
- Opus Pro includes an in-built APK packager so you can build your HTML5 material into an APK file quickly and easily from within Opus Pro. No need to fiddle with Key Tool or Eclipse. Assign icons and publication names via the Publish Settings dialog and Opus Pro does the rest. Then just distribute the file for customers to install on their Android phones and play without browsing the internet.
5. Extending your Multimedia Authoring Toolkit
Opus Pro also includes general features including:
- Radio Buttons and Checkboxes
Three different styles of radio buttons and three matching designs of checkboxes are provided on the Button tool flyout. Makes these everyday objects even easier.
- Embed Additional Documents
If your Opus publication includes additional documents such as PDF or spreadsheets you can now embed them in the EXE file so they don't go astray. Opus Pro will automatically unpack them when required and delete them afterwards helping to keep confidential information more secure.
- Crop Tool
Quick crop of images directly in the Opus Editor making it easier to use parts of a bigger image. When you can see an image in situ it's easier to decide what part of it you really need.
- Border Side Settings
Now you can select individual sides to apply your borders to. Ideal for tabs and menus.
- Bounce
An animation speed automatically creates animation which settles into position with a bounce effect.
